DESCRIPTION OF THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

1. Sphere of control of the works carried out project
Project works are controlled at technical boards/councils already at the stage of overtaking the project materials/data. Their complexity and quality are checked. Project documentation is consulted from the point of view of the degree of completion when especially functionality and the utility value of the suggested solution are discussed. Further the accordance of the suggestion with the regulations and laws concerning capital construction. Every solution is consulted with the property developer. Before the fair copy of the project documentation is finished, the final solution is consulted and checked especially in connection to the concluded contracts so that nothing is forgotten. The work check itself consists of a few levels.

2. Sphere of delivery checks
The individual deliveries are checked according to the plan of checks which is are references to the company and experience from other constructions a part of the control plan and quality control of the realized work. Important deliveries are checked all and other deliveries at random at the producer's plant where the compliance of the work with project documentation (in case the subcontractor works out the production documentation, this production documentation is compared with the approved realization project documentation). Further material quality, geometric execution, etc. The work - delivery is further reviewed at the unloading at the building site where the supplier presents relevant certificates, revision reports and documentation to the tests carried out. Deliveries - respectively the individual subdeliveries provided by other companies are continuously checked during their realization according to the work check plan where individual tests required by the property developer or the respective standards are specified. The company uses only materials and deliveries of the first quality class for its constructions and it chooses its suppliers in internal tenders where the substantial criterion.

3. Sphere of checking of the jobs carried out
Works carried out by own resources are checked the same way as other activities at the building site. Technological procedures are developed for all jobs or usual procedures are used where check points with defined tests are specified. The plan of technical checks and tests is either worked out in case of important constructions according to realization project documentation before works start or it is pre-processed according to the construction project. Responsible employees of the company are familiar with all planned testings namely documentation defining the system of checks at the site. These workers, it means team leaders, a foreman and a site manager are responsible for carrying out the continual checks of the works carried out and of the delivered material as well as of technological procedures being followed. The checks and evaluation of the work are further carried out by the partners of the company. 
DOMEC s.r.o. co-operates with accredited testing stations which carry out tests the company is not able to provide itself. This is for example the testing and quality centre T-STRING a.s. (The contract for work for carrying out of service jobs is attached.) This company provides operating activities including the preventive stage of the testing activities. Further we co-operate with state testing stations TAZUS according to the sphere of business. Construction activities are carried out based on check plans in the scope of the tests in compliance with ČSN (Czech State Standards) and is documented including the final report - certificate of quality and grade of the work. On 1 December 2003 the company received the certificate of the quality management system in compliance with ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001. Generally it can be stated that the quality of work and the complying with the technological procedures form the corner stones for the references of the company and its respectability to the customer.


DESCRIPTION OF THE INSURANC OF THE COMPANY

Business activities of DOMEC s.r.o. Pardubice are insured at Česká Kooperativa, pojišťovnaa.s., agency Pardubice , třída Míru 94 .

The types of insurance and their amount are stated in the contract of insurance number 5800655290 of 20 March 2002 , which deals with the company insurance for the activities in compliance with Trade Licenses and the copy of an entry in the Commercial Register, tangible and intangible assets of the company and strangers. The insurance policies are against natural hazards, theft, vandalism and also liability insurance including   liability insurance against damage caused to a worker during work tasks carrying out and including liability insurance against damage caused leading to the loss of profit of the third party.

Based on the customer’s request the applicant binds himself to conclude the insurance policy against all risks during the whole construction process including the current structure (in this case the value of the property will be expressed by its book value stated in the customer’s records.)



DATA OF ORIGIN OF BASIC MATERIALS AND RESOURCES

All materials and resources for construction production and individual constructions are purchased at producers or competent trade organisations. Subdeliveries are always contractually ensured including materials and products. For all these materials there are receipts of tax deductible expenditures kept in the company’s documentation. All the materials and deliveries bought have the corresponding certificates and are transported, stored and built in according to the instructions of the respective manufacturers or suppliers and in compliance with respective standards.


DATA ABOUT ENSURING THE PROJECT AND PRODUCTION DOCUMENTATION

Project and production documentation, except simple constructions or project and idea intention worked out as the part of demand proceedings or tenders, are provided by renowned external companies with positive references and experience in capital construction. These are especially project studios and offices (except those designated by the investor):
