BASIC INFORMATION ABOUT THE COMPANY:

The construction company DOMEC s.r.o. was founded in 1992 and it was incorporated as a legal entity in the Commercial Register on 21 May 1992. In the beginning its base was formed by well co-ordinated gangs from former construction companies. These gangs of building workmen remained the main part of the company, their structure was fortified and the team expanded by other necessary professions. All activities of the company have been based on high quality work of the workmen, supported by motivating competitive atmosphere and also by qualified technical and production preparation and professional control carried out by the well-qualified management.

• Carrying out industrial, housing, civil and engineering constructions in the form of higher (general) construction delivery  - “turnkey”. These are not only deliveries of new constructions but also reconstructions, modernizations and repairs including demolition and rehabilitation
• Construction and assembly work, jobs and deliveries in the fields of ground, civil, housing, industrial, engineering and water constructions
• Jobs of the main construction production and associated construction production???
• Carrying out insulation, plaster and façade systems
• Carrying out rehabilitation jobs and correcting defects on panel houses
• Carrying out rehabilitation jobs and reconstruction of historical monuments

2. Others:

• Project and engineering activities in construction including consultancy and advisory activities.
• Trading activity – Purchasing of goods for purpose of further sale and the sale
• Construction of private houses – turnkey projects (the area of Starý Máteřov, information – Ing. Dostál)

FINANCIAL SITUATION:
As the financial situation shows, in the past years, DOMEC has never been in loss???, always fulfilled its commitments and tax liabilities. The produced profit was used for investments into equipment and production means of the company and also for purchasing and adaptation of the new seat of the company. The financial situation is stable despite the worse external economic conditions in building industry and payment indiscipline of some customers, thanks to restrictive policy, monitoring of efficiency and profitability of production with intention to minimize expenses, especially those overhead ones. During the year we expect stable development of the financial situation of the company while competing for a slight raise of incomes and profit in comparison to the previous years. This prognosis can be supported by growing interest of customers in high quality building production of DOMEC and its sound performance at the building market.
