COMPANY TO
CARRY OUT
WORKS ON
CULTURAL MONUMENTS
AND HISTORICAL BUILDINGS
AND REHABILITATION
WORK:
During its activity, the
company has realized many orders concerning reconstructions or repairs
of historical buildings. In some cases these were listed buildings.
These buildings are listed hereinafter among the references. We would
like to point out especially the following constructions:
- Reconstruction
of a historical building in Pernštýnské square in Pardubice for
Kreditní banka a.s.
- Construction
of a centre for seniors in Moravany – reconstruction of a vila
- Reconstruction
of Spolkový dům, Pernštýnské nám. 53-55, Pardubice (including settling of the emergency condition of the bearing
wooden ceiling constructions and roof trusses and realization of the
loft conversion)
- Reconstruction
of the East Bohemian Theatre in Pardubice
- Reconstruction
of the castle of Roztěž
The Executive Director of the
company, Ing. Martin Dostál, was trained to carry out external jobs,
subject "Reconstruction
of Historical Buildings and Modern Constructions“ in compliance with
regulation n. 324/92 Coll. of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
for the area of the Czech Republic (see the certificate in the amendment).
The company further co-operates with specialists or specialist companies
in the particular professions as for example ŠTUKBART – Mr Bárta,
Polička, KONZEA s.r.o. Praha - Ing.Stýblo etc.
Competence of the company to carry out rehabilitation work on panel houses and insulation
The company has realized a few jobs
of façade insulation and rehabilitation of panel houses. The company is
trained for the work with rehabilitation STO CRETE systems and STO THERM
external insulation systems. Some of our reference activities are "Regeneration
of a panel house in Družstevní
street in Pardubice" (approx. 1,800 m2) and "Elimination
of defects of panel houses in Okrajová 294 and 295 in Pardubice" (approx.
2,500 m2), the investor of these was the town of Pardubice.
Further the company is trained to work with CAPAROL insulating systems.
Referential activities are: "Reconstruction of building n. 84
into an administrative seat of DOMEC" (approx. 800 m2), and "Reconstruction
of a block of flats, Obránců
míru 142 in the village of Chvaletice" (approx. 1,200 m2)
carried out on request of the Town of Chvaletice. Further
constructions were carried out using different systems.

In case of panel houses in Družstevní 118 - 123, Pardubice and Okrajová
294 - 295, Pardubice, vast rehabilitation work was carried out on
bearing constructions (fastening together of gable panels, attic
rehabilitation, rehabilitation of the existing balconies, rehabilitation
of the reinforced concrete cladding).
To be able to carry out the
above mentioned rehabilitation work, DOMEC s.r.o. is equipped with
machinery for high quality blasting of the corrosion-attacked
reinforcement and with other machinery necessary for the rehabilitation
works to be carried out.
